This poem is great! I think it would go great to music! Keep writing. There is nothing better in the whole world to write about than truth and holiness.

Very inspiring lines that fuel us to believe in His power and conquer what is unconquerable. Liked the recurring lines. Very powerful.

Since childhood, I am a believer of Angels. I truly believe there is an angel watching and guiding me wherever I go. Usually I turn to Uriel Angel for help, the Angel Of Wisdom.

A creative and captivating composition rings with a rich rhythm. Yet such a serious struggle for life and a hearth touching prayer that divine intervention would prevail. Well done Susan! !

The entire family was praying that night and God answered our prayers and she came out of the coma and she lives today so many years later. T wrote this poem while watching the night pass.

hahahahaha- you must have the magic touch to be able to post a duplicate comment. When I first joined, I would hit the submit button and nothing would happen so I would punch it again. At that point PH yelled at me that it does not accept duplicate comments and they penalized poor little me! ! !

Apparently the reply box doesn't function on this weirded out page that is unlike any poem page I have ever seen on PH before. It is formatted entirely different then, just in case you think you might deal with it...there is print overlaying the print under it. Is anyone else having this difficulty? ? ?

A child fighting for her life, the agony and fear for her family to see their beloved child in pain but fighting for her basic right for her life. You call for intervention from the heavenly angels to guard her from the cold hand of death. Pure, beautiful song of faith, goodness and a sunbeam piercing the darkest days for a child suffering to give hope and love to rise her up from slumber to life!

It is a prayer from heart to survive the children from cancer. The way of presentation is fantastic. It may be quoted... oh come oh come and stay death's dark and greedy hand. oh come oh come Guardian Angels all and guard this child throughout this long dark winter's night.

Kumarmani Mahakul, you are such an encourager of the rest of us here on PH. Bless you for lifting people up instead of putting them down. When we try new things and when we are learning, it is pleasant to hear someone cheering us on. Thank you!

Thank you for your very kind comment. There were so many prayers going up to heaven back then... and she lived through that night and finally won her battle and is a sassy little schoolgirl these days!

I know the high angels hear us and know what is in our hearts. I believe they are closest to most vulnerable and innocent during their time on Earth. A beautiful poem that deserves more than mere human praise....10+

I agree, Simone. I believe God sends us angels to stand by us and pray for us and emanate strength and warmth and caring. Thank you for responding because 'i believe you have had experiences with angels.
