Oh! Light! You bring all things to sight
Put life in them, colors so bright
Animate be inanimate
Create shadows close, dark, and light

ambivalency of inner fabric I see here shadows of which are flithing from here to there
Shadow and light, what an intricate game they play, always so close yet never together. Lovely poem, Kesav.10 in the light of day or in the shadow's that it casts.
i agree completely with what lynda says..very wise words indeed.and again indeed a good subject.
Very wise words Ke, everything is clear in the ligght, but shadows can shift and change, good subject, 10 Lynda xx
Yes, many a time it proves to be so! A great write! Congrats!
A really wonderful poem Kesav, I really loved the title too. Best wishes, Andrew
Very insightful. Every living thing turns towards the light. Warm regards, Sandra
Just as this piece lingered to be savoured on my mind, so it lingered on my PC to the extent that it made it crash. :) t x
true you cannot trust the shadows because they will change..... excellent.
Don't trust the shadows.............they 're like silver screen. You can see life on there, but they're not real! Short but complete.so i give a 10.
An excellent piece it is. We don't trust shadow, content of the poem is non-typical and interesting. Nice work it is.
An optimist is a person who sees only the lights in the picture, whereas a pessimist sees only the shadows. An idealist, however, is one who sees the light and the shadows, but in addition sees something else: the possibility of changing the picture, of making the lights prevail over the shadows. Not trusting the shadows... How true to say they change shape every now and then... Wonderful subject in the poem. Thank you.
Sometimes what is real appears unreal and what is unreal appears real, thus creating an illusion before our eyes. The sun rises in the East and sets in the West, but it is unreal as the sun does not do so.We don't see the air, but it is real as we can feel it. A shadow on the moon creates a feeling of waxing and waning of the moon, which is unreal. Trust not the shadow is a good theme taken here.
This is so true. Without the light of day and sun rays our world is very bleak indeed! Nice way of puting it. Keep writing. Best Wishes, Marilyn
Amazing poetic lines, as shadows are lies, the rays of light is a radiance of truth that unfolds to gain trust and belief...a 10+++ for you.
What a contrast so well established. You bring out the subconscious from the unconscious in just a few words. Well done!
This is a beautiful poem highlighting the contrast between illuminance and murky shadows.A 10.
Wow, I love the language in this. It's pure magic. Brilliant writing. (smile)
