Ode To The Divine Saviour Poem by Jeo Dela Cruz

Ode To The Divine Saviour

Rating: 5.0

Greatest love, written in the history
Sacrificing your own life for freedom!
You were despised and rejected by men
But is a mediator to the Father
How great is thy works, worthy to be praise

You are too great to be express in words
Healing blinds, mutes, lepers and paralyzed
Save by grace, what a mellifluous voice!
And it nailed to the cross of calvary,
The chains of sin, to live in Your kingdom

You live to earth and act as a model
Enlightening the path of the wicked
Giving the hope to the hopeless people
Our Guardian, Protector, and Provider
You are mightier than the mightiest!

How can we repay Your sacrifices?
If our lives last for a very short time?
And our works does not exalt you, Saviour?
The things we do for You are not enough,
To exchange for Your ineffable love.
