Yes, soil is life-giving. But at times it can take lives as well: landslide/mudslide; earthquake; quicksand; cave in; sinkhole Yikes! bri ;)

I think you 'want' to use 'peace of mind', not 'piece of mind'. But I might about someone I'm upset with: 'I'll give her a piece of my mind! ' bri : )
