4. Sometimes, when I am fully immersed in a favourite book, or in some other activities I love, I may not be able to visit PoemHunter for many days. Thus I feel I am still young.
Poet Menon, you are gifted in both writing poetry and in giving feedback. Always very grateful to you with your well thought out and creative commentary.
3. My employer favoured me with a post-retirement assignment which lasted till recently. And of course, reading and writing are my passion. Apart from gardening, agriculture etc. So, I am yet to retire. I have a pretty busy daily schedule yet.
2. After busy work-schedule for many long years (in my case 37 years) , when we retire at the young age of sixty, all on a sudden, we may find as if we are left in the high open seas, with nothing to do. Though, it was not so in my case.

After retirement, a person can feel the hardship of his/her mechanical life...s/he can relax and sail the boat of life joyfully sans expecting anything. A great poem.
