You've tried to look at pain with many angles. You understand there is reason for pain..whether it comes from relationships, physical need or emotional and mental depravation.
You have really plundered your subconscious for this. These kinds of poems can be much more powerful than narrative poems. Just like it was mentioned before me, a poem doesn't have to rhyme. It just has to well, make since to yourself at least. With its emotion powerful 'poetic essence', I give it a ten. That's right. Good luck!
Basically I don't want to say anything about Lyrics as I read your title, but I like to read it again as I open it in my eyes and understand it's not a Lyrics, and thanks for Cody Byrne saying a poem doesn't nned rhymes, so I keep on reading and fully understand so well words poured from your heart..very good with imagination not bad at all in my eyes..I like to offer 10.
i recomend this one aswell it was easy to read and under stand but remember poems dont have to rhym to be a poem read some of mine
I understood this one well. Though it was a difficult read . I was very pleased at the way the writing was structured and presented . This was the critical means by which you made it understood . You repeated yourself many times . I reconmmend this writing and I recommend the writer use this repetition of words often . At least until the communication is solid . GW62
your poem was very interesting, however, I don't think we should turn our back on happiness pain can make us stronger, but it can also destroy us... happiness can help heal us
this poem shows me different ways how pain not hurt someone but help them get through their problems...thanks!
They used to say 'no pain no gain'.I think I have to agree with that.Excellent writes Faysal!
A very deep and moving poem which reveals more with every reading.
Dear fellow poet Mehedi Faysal, I like the scenario of tte poem. The two opposite, happiness and pain and your bitter choice (better the pain) . There are strong verses like 'Pain, You helped me to know who I am! ' The poem could be stronger if some repetitions/similarities had been omitted. So, I give a 9.Go ahead Mehedi. a very deep and poignant write delving into various dimensions of the all pervading monster 'Pain' but without pain there is no gain 10!
