first, after looking up plumber's crack (laugh out loud aka LOL) , i added this to mypoemlist and you, LL, to mypoetlist. great poem. stubborn leaf! ! ! maybe home depot has a flamethrower? but, if it weren't for reference to RAKE, i was tempted to think a dog wrote this poem. thanks for the headsup on this one larry. reminds me of a poem i wrote several years ago. let me see if i can find it in a notebook.....later. bri p.s. 3 stooges...also great...though my wife would say i am still a juvenile....which is true in some ways.

I think this is why men don't try and clean up... The self depreceation and the lack of self-control you describe in the semi-everyday semi-old fashioned language provides quite a laugh at your expense. Your neighbour then adds that ultimate touch to the poem. Fantastic fun! I love it!
