You are a diamond, so regally crowned,
sparkling with brilliance, always renowned.
In the eyes of the penniless, you gleam,
a treasure revealed, beyond their wildest dream.
From rough mines deep within the earth's embrace,
you emerge, adorned with elegance and grace.
Even in the vastness of the endless sky,
your radiance claims its place, soaring high.
In every form, you shine, an everlasting light,
bringing joy and wonder, by day or night.
A gem of beauty, for others to admire,
a symbol of strength, every heart's desire.
No matter where you are or how you appear,
you hold untold power in all forms with sincere.
To all who seek solace, you offer your glow,
A beacon of hope, in a world of woe.
Ode to Diamond, you reign supreme,
A timeless gem that fulfills every dream.
'EVERY heart's desire' is [[of course]] a stretch of the imagination. But, hey! , this is POETRY. : ) bri
I'd guess when Queen Elizabeth (RIP) rarely wore her crown, its weight from metal and jewels was (for her) a literal 'pain in the neck'. : )))
st.6: 'A gem of beauty, for others to admire, a symbol of strength, every heart's desire.' It's not (to me) perfectly clear if you mean 'every heart's desire' is a diamond or is 'strength'.
Regarding stanza 3: 'Rough or raw diamonds are uncut and unpolished gemstones that haven't been altered or tampered with after being discovered. Raw diamonds look like transparent stones with brownish or yellowish tints.'
Every heart yeans Diamond, if not in actual at least symbolical.
Stand out lines specially for woman 'In every form, you shine, an everlasting light, bringing joy and wonder, by day or night.:
I think I'd much prefer a more colorful gem in my crown, ring, necklace, or etc. MY CROWN, usually only worn at home or at special parties, has rubies, sapphires, aquamarines, sapphires, and emeralds. A few pearls are nice. bri : )

I would like to translate this poem
stanza 7 is my LEAST LIKED (least-liked) stanza, esp. the use of 'sincere' at its end. I hope you revise THAT! Hm? ?
