Part 2 But, my issue with you neither of the above. Why do you not speak about “MANISER”? For that matter nobody does! ! ! ? ? ? Why! I had thought that it is a man’s world. But the word “Womaniser” is not a praise for him. If it is a man’s world, we should be speaking about “manisers”? If a man can go after many women, a woman can woo many men too. Your poem provoked many thoughts... Many questions too.
Hi Nosheen, Good one, from the ‘feministic’ point of view. Agreed. But, polygamy is permitted in Islam. Have you ever pondered how love (if that exists in marriage 😃😍) is divided among the many wives? (Sorry, I am not asking you this question because you are Muslim) . On the other hand, polyandry is cited as existed in Mahabharat. Droupadi had five husbands. But, it is said, though she was supposed to love all of them ‘equally’, she loved the handsome Arjuna more. Contd..
Sigh! Hope this ode kindles the conscience of all those womanisers. Beautifully written instigating me to begin from where you ended the poem. Nice to read you after ages. Stay blessed my friend.
You flirt, manipulate, fill it with deception You want to win at all costs, to have painted lips at your feet Unfettered by love, .....well form on love, womanizing love; love is love; when it takes birth in the insatiable heart then it can't control itself; it turns into another form- Iust; but love if there in righteous form always it knows to sacrifice it self silently~~~~
A profound poetic expression. I would say a tight slap on their face, these heartless characters are real cause of worries not only for those innocent victims but for the society at large. WIth this Ode you nailed their inner urge and octopus wishes. Unlimited Stars.though PH says maximum 5.
Yes, it's indeed proffound Kudos
