Rating: 4.4

Blind is the ocean to the sound of its motion
As it roars with momentum of immeasurable melody
Ushering its whitecaps of sinuous elocution
Against the gold Shorelines with foam balm fidelity

A beautiful poem never ceases to enchant. Its wonderful words and powerful images always draw a reader to go through with the whole write no matter how many tomes it was read. A poetic gem. Congratulations again, Kevin for a well deserved accolade.

Very pleasant reading experience. Listed as a sonnet. Follows rhyme pattern (roughly) of Shakespearean sonnet. Has some near-rhymes and some part-rhymes. Any 14-line poem is technically a sonnet, true, but to be a TRUE Shakespearean sonnet, you must have only 10 syllables per line, and the meter must be iambic pentameter. Still, as I said, pleasant to read. Congratulations, Earthling.

Are just the marginal lines of material sinew That draws reciprocity from once spiritual hearth And the sky sits clear, deaf to these great sights As I stand gazing awestruck to this arena of Delight..... awestruck in delight. tony

Liked these lines, to wit: " Grazing the vanishing points that single heaven and earth." " The sky sits clear, deaf to these great sights." You have brought the readers to the vastness of the ocean at close range and feel the joy and wonders that it brings.
