OK, Lisa. thanks for the inspiration. yours to MyPoemList. mine to my PH list of poems. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Autumn: The Mighty Oak Loses Her “Coat” ….[ Falling Leaves; Fun Inspired By The Poem ‘Oak Tree ‘ By Elisabeth Anne Wingle ] Oh! Of all the seasons to lose one's coat! At least she's NOT on a channel ferry boat, with wind whipping up the sea in waves huge, and rain falling “like dogs and cats”, a real deluge. And at least I see she's still got on her lingerie, flimsy, floating, colored a shade green-gray. Some will call it by name: “Spanish moss”. I like how the wind does gently toss … It! !
