O! Vile Coronavirus, Why Did You Attack Us? Don't You Have Any Decency? Poem by Frank Yue

O! Vile Coronavirus, Why Did You Attack Us? Don't You Have Any Decency?

O! Vile Coronavirus,
Why did you attack us? Don't you have any decency?
Why did you breach the natural boundary
And make a World War on us?

Many times you may be mutating,
But you've aroused our spirit fighting!
With perseverance and steel determination,
We'll fight until your total elimination.

Bit by bit, slowly but surely,
We get to know you better;
We wash our hands frequently,
We know how to handle you together.

There should be social distancing,
No large gathering,
Wear a face mask or covering,
A robust immunity system a-keeping.

Faced with the pandora-Pandemic,
With great care and conditions hygienic,
Now the world over without exception,
Seeks to make vaccines for our protection.

So, detestable virus, be gone!
Why are you still hanging on?
Though infected cases and deaths are rising,
Day-by-day, stronger and stronger we're growing.

O! Coronavirus vile, for you
There's no bright tomorrow;
You're sure to be controlled, too.
And you shall end up in sorrow!
