O For The Fullness

O for the fullness of joy in Christ
That no man can take away
It is received when we have the Spirit
On our born again new birth day
When our relationship with God is sealed
We have Him and we have the Son
Doubly blessed in that relationship
Enjoying our new life begun

Unmeasureable in His forgiveness
When grace and mercy attends
To heal all... of our past hurts
And help us to make amends
Amen's now a part of our repertoire
Our tongue has new words to extol
With joy unspeakable and full of glory
The rapture of each saved soul

Joy...joy...joy...what a treasure
To praise our dear Saviour and Friend
For what a great work He has done
To bring such a Salvation to men
And what story we have to tell
Which will set each captive free
Come now friend...repent of your sin
And joy in Christ's victory!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
