O For A Taste

O for a taste of a touch from God
A genuine moving of the Spirit
Soul's seeking honestly to find the Lord
In regards to the Word? ...to hear it!
Heart's eager to repent
From the results of the accumulation of sin
A humbleness in regards to self
To the edification of Him

Prayeras the impetus for change
From heart's knowing change itself
To see the poverty in our Spirit
And in Christ's! A new found wealth...
O Father bring Thy blessings
To fall upon us this day
May we know the anointing of Your Spirit
To share Christ as the Way

If we are in to downsizing
Let the downsizing be me
May I see the significance of sin
In the Light of Calvary
And from the Cross O let it be
Let it be never diminished
Those victorious words the Saviour spoke
When He said..."It is finished! "

Make Thy glory known to men
Sovereign. God.. Creator!
The world exists because of Your Word
You hold it all together
So Lord we await that special touch
That can bring immediate change
Bring us to our knees O Lord
This we ask in Jesus name...

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
