O, Dear Nature
Tuesday,25th May 2021
Oh, dear nature
our lifeline and saviour
you are our mentor
and creator too
what could have been our life?
if it was torn all the time with torn strife
what could have been our fate?
if seasonal rain was a little late!
nothing can be imagined
nothing can be gained
if we neglect the nature
it is bound to retaliate later
what happens to our health?
if oxygen becomes rare causing death
what if the river water is polluted
and pollutants are diluted
how can we imagine progress?
without finding friendly access
get nothing out of destruction
but only wrath and deterioration
O, mother nature
pardon us for showing disrespect here
you were the real protector
but we caused you so much damage here
nowhere is the peace
life is not at ease
who shall release the fresh energy?
when enough damage has been done already!
