great poem Valsa, deep insightful and true, 'a wicked tongue a=is sharper than a sword', u really gave such proverbs a meaning through your poems.....
Hi Valsa, you're right on the money with this advice. One of our Eck teachings says this, Before speaking ask yourself is what you're about to say necessary? Is it true? Is it kind? If any of these three elements are missing, don't speak. A tough test, but sage advice!
wow superb.i like the ending.very wise words.the message is so clear.~nb
Another lovely poem, words can be so lovely or so unkind. Have you read my Words poem?
Words have a circuitous route As foetus to the womb, they cling to the heart But ram into the brain as a train of thought And through our lips are expelled out...............................fantastic words in the 1st stanza.. beautiful imagery...love it..
one of the best drops i have gone through recent times.words have the power to make war as well as peace.nice ink.loved it.
Very inspirational poem, Valsa! The didactic wisdom is profound and with each of the five para's in splendid rhyme scheme it is so musical! Fantastic!
Wow! Just amazing.Words playing with words, behind the screen wisdom laughs.
Now a days I feel words are losing the meaning in terms of value very nice poem
indeed a standard work of wisdom...No: 1 means we are waiting for more platters of nuggets! ! !
Excellent for the didactic pieces of advice and advice! And so these nuggets of wisdom are to pour on......
Beautiful, only disagree with, tone of a mutineer, being one myself, what can I say. However, the next time I steal a ship I shall be much more polite than I have in the past. Excellent write regarding the power words contain.
These vehicles of thought relentlessly run Building bridges between man and man They unite mankind as a single clan great to heart fill with love
Words are all we poets have but they can be mightier than a sword. A lovely poem.
I like the way you use words Never to harm or to sneer. I wish that more people thought before the spoke. Great poem 10/10 thanks for sharing BB: O) +
our words have the power to heal, Let they ever be words of cheer. Good poem, thanks.
Words are more powerful than a write, though both communicate, but words are supported by body language. A write may be interpreted by a reader according to his approach but words immediately touch the hearts. a great poem by Valsa George.
