Now I wish to enjoy a deep sleep
like the earth so cool and calm
after ravaged by a savage storm,
you promise me not to come
in the plea of soothing my gloom,
no need at all to feel sorry,
no guilt for not wiping my worry.
Now I wish to enjoy my final sleep
like a dormant dead volcano
devoid of wishes and ever flowing feelings,
you promise me not to come,
no need also to visit me ever
to express your love by offering flowers
or shedding a few drops of your precious tear.
The wounds now hurt me no more,
in my pyramid they're invaluable treasure,
no need to repent for the promise you failed to keep,
never disturb me in my peaceful sleep,
I don't have any mood to sigh or weep,
if possible, bid me goodbye with smiling lips.
