November Morning. Poem by Michael Cochrane

November Morning.

Above the snowy peaks a eagle swoops in the sky. The chilled air fills my lungs, the fallen golden leaves crunch beneath my feet, as I stroll through the pine trees. The silence is broken by a grey squirrel who darts up an old oak.
