When you woke up today is this life one you claim?
Or are you disappointed, think only in name
Is this life you deserve, want a grade on a curve!
Is that only fair plan (to compare man to man?)

It's a popular thought, and most sinners agree,
I'll look better with focus on your soul, not me.
But our God multi-tasks, no avoiding His asks,
It's your welfare you'll find at the top of His mind!

Want to know you're alright though God sees you inside?
And the death you deserve? Does it fill you with pride?
Though no gift's in your dreams, there's no contest it seems,
And there's Grace for man's sin! What the Hell's there to win?
