Not Saying Poem by Etienne Charilaou

Not Saying

When it comes to reality,
or everything that I see about me,
I'm not going to say, ‘It's this; '
or, ‘It's that.'

Yes, that is a bird that's flying
trying to catch an insect.
Is it only a physical thing?
Is it more, something eternal?

I'm not going to say, ‘It's this.'
I'm not going to say, ‘It's that.'
