Not Feeling It Yet Poem by Ray Hansell

Not Feeling It Yet

Often times I wonder to myself
How many years I have left
Because of the years already gone
They will be far from my best

I still get around very good
Still playing racquetball
I can still run all over the court
I rarely if ever fall

I can still beat people
Who are half my age
If I didn't know better
I'd think they were closer to a grave

But I know I'm slowing down
As the years take their toll
But still here inside my mind
I must say, I do not feel old
