More. The protest and blockades of the national capital by the farmers seeking withdrawal of the new farm laws continue for nearly two months. But the political leadership turn a blind eye to it.

My friend---these lines hold much wisdom but also an element of hopelessness that I have never associated with you. Yes, we will all eventually die but in between birth and death we live and we should live to the height and breadth of our souls and hearts.

In India, the official body of experts assigned to consider approval of medicines and vaccines refuses approval of the COVID-19 vaccine prepared by Bharat Biotech. Because the clinical tests mandated by it and WHO etc. are not completed. But the political leadership asks them to approve it. (Contd)

Part 3. They forget the scruples and the concern for the safety of 1.4 billion people, and give approval for the vaccine. The rulers are concerned only about the well-being of the large corporations. Not of the lesser mortals.
