Norton High Street: (Stockton On Tees) Poem by DM W

Norton High Street: (Stockton On Tees)

Norton High Street is
Neat and tree lined. It is filled
With colourful, old
Houses and small fine dining
Restaurants and bars.
When strolling along it one
Can see why it is
The heartbeat of a thriving
And verdant village.
In spring, it is flower strewn.

Norton High Street:
 (Stockton On Tees)

Thanks for the advice Mr Maestro...I'll completely ignore it of course as I do with all your comments.

I am at pains trying to see if this is poetry or a good description of a place in prose. I can`t make up my mind. One thing, play more attention to the making of the lines; they look a bit chopped up.
