Non-Specific Wander Poem by Low Li Ling Jasmine

Non-Specific Wander

I turned back to look behind
It's like I had left a ill-defined trail
I could not even remember clearly what had happened that shaped into the present me
And the world is a deceptive place
I am worried for the future me

It's not like i am specifically searching for anything
I did not even know what can fills this empty void of my heart
But somehow I feel duty bound to make my days fulfilling
With nothing in mind, perhaps that is why sometimes life feels like an aimless wandering
