No Saint Comments

I find this piece to be strangely compelling. It seems so straight forward and yet still somehow just beyond the full grasp of my intelligence. It forces me to keep re-reading it, looking for the moment where it bursts into flames in my imagination. In part I think that it strikes me as a fragment that's been lifted out of a larger piece, or is in search of bigger context. But no matter, it stands alone and still works its magic.
