Sage advice, it reminds me of the Buddhist saying, about how hate is drinking poison and expecting the other person to suffer. Darkness consumes all, but the light heals the heart. In just a few words convey a philosophy of humanity.

Bitterness can take over easily....a cousin to anger. Both leave no room for love to come in. Lies..well we know how bad it is to lie...which leads to other lies. Good poem and advice. This is being added to my favorites.
