I overshot the 300 character limit in my first try and was flushed down by silly PoemHunter, so now I can only say: Alchemy = transformation. What if you realise you're part of a big dream? That would amount to a major insight, hence, major transformation. Nuf said, though!
i'm not sure i 'get it' or ever will, and i don't know why alchemy is a topic, but i like the flow and the rhyming. it would make me think more, but i've done enough thinking today! to MyPoemList to try and win points with you! bri :)

Thanks Laurie. A dream figure rebelling against the master dreamer who dreamt him up? How weird can that get? Not exactly poetry for mass consumption, to be sure, and it makes me happy to find people who get it. Even Bri bellow got it: he says he didn't get it, but I know better than to buy into his ‘false modesty’ rap there!
