No Glam In The Slam Poem by Dorsey Baker

No Glam In The Slam

There is nothing glamorous
About going to jail
And violence
It just leave a
Bloody trail
Behind iron bars
Darkness creeps
And the monster of
The dungeon deep
It never sleeps
Behind prison walls
Locked up in a cage
An animal
Lurks in you
That is
So full of rage!
