No Darkness
You wrote a poem for me in the dark
at the thick of the night
when nocturnals become alive
I couldn't understand the lines
Or the meaning of the words
though i depend not on day or night
for immortality is at work in my members
am sorry I couldn't reply with a poem
I replied with a sigh because in me
there is no darkness.
