Rating: 4.1

I've been hunting

for millions of years

in these waters

Empires have fallen

but I am still standing

Philosophers went mad

kings became beggars

Palaces have been reduced

to ashes

Cities turned to dust

I'm not pretending

when I shed tears

eating human flesh

I cry for the grandeur

my teeth are grinding

It looks like a challenge from the evil forces, looks like a satire on the helplessness of mighty humans, they erased many good things but failed to erase the devil from the page of their lives. History is the witness, a natural calamity improved their behavior but soon they became a disciple of the devil. A true history of the humans.

illusion stands still, does not make trap for others but the other mysteriously becomes inquisitive of it!

The heartless monster of the deep, they indeed fancy flesh and seem immortal in their fetish for death, great truthful poem Kostas! !
