A powerful piece of writing. They say the pen is mightier than the sword, and I guess that is true if it is properly positioned upright between the couch cushions, where a drunken bully might sit on it... -chuck

It's a very strong and sad poem. Prevention is better than cure.

Powerful statement. Just one word seemed a little out of place the biblical 'runneth' (just a personal view) . Great poem, strong and full of feeling. Patrick
