Wow Candice, i've never read your stuff before. I disagree with greenwolfe's comments...poetry is not always about what is right in front of you, its about delving deep to find something. Other times it can even just be about the way words flow together or sound and mean nothing at all. I think its up to every writer to decide what they want to write about, and the main point should be to illicit feeling. This did from me. I thought it was excellent! 10/10
