Lord, thank You for the blessing of Your love,
For the creation of new rain—
Rain that falls like liquid light,
Each drop a blessing, a moment of grace.
Rain that cleanses the past,
Washing away the dust of yesterday,
Leaving us thirsty, yet full of promise.
Thank You, Lord, for Your mercy,
Mercy that pours over us,
Like a river, constant and deep,
Washing away the stones of sorrow,
Carrying us to safer shores.
Thank You, Abba, for the gift of friendship,
For hearts intertwined like vines,
Growing stronger, reaching higher,
Rooted deep in Your love.
In this bond, we find our strength,
And in number, we seek to bless You
In all things, and all ways.
Our glorious and wondrous Father,
Whose light shines like the sun at noon,
Whose truth is as unyielding as the mountains,
And whose redemption flows like a mighty river,
In You alone, the truth and redemption.
