New initiative

Either you should have the ability to understand
or an independent mind to take the stand
counter the spirit and offer the new one
or submit to the one already mooted

great people always encountered
the problem and were deterred
fromadvocating the new concept
they were discouraged and kept aside

some people are not able to digest
and try their level best
not to allow others
to offer the change or alter

but determined people never budge
and surge
with their way of thinking
scale the new heights with fresh inklings

since centuries, this was happening
and now also it is trying to end
the new initiative with resistance
but great people have always taken the chance
