New Beginnings In An End. Poem by Deepak Calyampoondi

New Beginnings In An End.

We are nomads in a desert called life,
Our journey begins with our birth,
The people we meet guide our travel,
Thus we sail to unravel the mysterious marvel.

As we grow we learn and wonder,
And at every turn we often do wander,
And sometimes lost in the dense forest,
In search of the goal to be the best.

We are what we are meant to be,
But we follow a mirage called ego,
Where the devil lures to your doom,
And that's where you mistake it to be your kingdom.

The good few know to look beyond the illusion,
And Nature favours them by giving the right direction,
The destined journey thus does end,
In the new beginning which is god-sent.
