I think this is a good poem, that has rightly become good reviews. Just one small point, , the couplet structure is not always constant (4,6 and 7 stanzas) which breaks up the tempo, but all in all very good work!

when we surrender our life to sacrifice for the welfare of the family, in particular for the children, we do not have to surrender for any other evils. JC, though sad and in certain lines too much of unnecessary visuals, still inspirational to thousands of hearts who need to be inspired.
