I concur with your thought that we have to change our own self for the better. This is the first step to undertake before we could change the world. So true, everyone is unique and in my own humble opinion, this uniqueness can be consolidated and utilized for a better humanity.

Changing the whole world by only one person is indeed very, very hard. There will be a lot of obstacles along the way. However, if the efforts of one person are corroborated with efforts from various people or support from organizations then we could really change the world for the better.
