Never Had The Courage Poem by Richard Wlodarski

Never Had The Courage

Never had such a son
To love him how I should
Never had such great love
That easily I could

Never had self-esteem
Not even in best dream
Never had such a godson
Whose love I wish I had won

Never had courage to say
That on my very worst day
I wish I had you as son
Knowing this life I had won

Never ever in shredder
Should we make it damn badder
I just wish we could now speak
About what makes us so weak
