Never Be The Truth To You Poem by Heather Perry Heather Perry

Never Be The Truth To You

The truth will never
be the truth to you
if I even tell you till I
turn blue.
I know my past has
messed up the way
you feel.

But please listen to me
and know what I say is
real.
I'm hurt, I'm a
loser I feel so betrayed
when I tell you the
truth
though you say I'm
lying to your face.

I know so many chances
can be given but give me
one more and I pray that you listen.

I love you with all my
heart and trying to do better
so give me another chance
and you'll be a winner.

I want to cry when
you tell me I'm lying
when in all honesty if
I'm lying I'm dying.
I have been telling you the
truth so please
realize.

I'm tired of hurting
and I know you are to.
So please will you finally
listen I'm begging you.
