An insightful piece of poetry elegantly brought forth from the heart with conviction. Lovely portrayal of the euphoric bliss of much awaited arrival of a bundle of joy - a newborn baby. Beautiful poem with rendition of words to utmost justice. Thanks for sharing Mohanan and welcome to Poemhunter.

A father lost his first child. When a second baby was born after a long period, his wife did not allow him to take that baby as his wife doubted that the baby might fall down from his hands.Mother is so selfish due to her love towards her baby. Once father took the baby and walked to and fro on the verandah of the house and tried to make the baby laugh. He heard the baby calling him dad among its babble and coo.But mother was secretally watching everything.
