'Skanda: Upward rise, jumping upward, power to ascent.' I'd type 'power of ascent' OR 'power to ascend'. And, speaking of 'ascent', I just found out that the daughter of a female native of India is my U.S. Vice-President! ! !
At end of stanza 2: 'beyond the grasp of mortals! ' Well, Savita, I think this poem and all of the gods is/are beyond MY mortal grasp for sure! ! !
(cont.) Well, it was just my challenged vision making me think, when reading 'Devi! ', that I was reading 'DEVIL'. Maybe I'm overly selfconscious? ? Really, I'm not joking about 'Devil'. I read the exclamation point as an 'l' (L) . : )

Because of how PH may change things in a poem's title, I suggest you use a '2' and not try using 'll', as PH will change 'll' to 'li'. ;)
