Nature's Magical Realms Poem by DM W

Nature's Magical Realms

Rating: 5.0

As darkness pervades these autumnal skies,
Across the tranquil sea, moonbeams create
A dream - like pathway of silvery light.
It leads to mysteries. I contemplate
Them as I listen to the tide's ebb and
Flow. O they brim with poetic meaning!
I guess I'll never truly understand
Nature's wondrous ways. Yet in perceiving
Her vast patterns and textures of beauty,
One day I might be inspired to compose
An epic that hints at eternity.
As her sweet kingdom continues to glow
Within my heart and soul, I drift away
Into magical realms where spirits play.

A little piece of calm, just what the poetry doctor ordered. Great poem Dominic that reads like a remedy and manta of utter solace. A magically warming poem that reaches out and makes one pack up any worries or troubles in their old kitbag. Five worthy stars and gratefully given for your poem that's much more than a mere tonic for the troops. Many thanks and I wish you well.

Thanks Shaun...much appreciated as always my friend! Your comments and camaderie on this ' treasure - filled' island of a site are worth a million points and pieces of eights. The Long John and Joan Silvers of this world might disagree, but who cares about them and their deceitful, grubby little ways.
