Nature's Greed Poem by Randy McClave

Nature's Greed

No man owns the rain
Which fills the oceans and the seas,
No man holds onto the rein
Which controls the wind and the breeze.
No man owns the soil
It was all created alone by her,
The dirt, the rocks and the sand upon which we toil
These were gifts to us all by Mother Nature.
The planet provides for us at no cost
It's all free to be honest and precise,
But, then that belief is lost
When the greedy charges a price.
