Nature in fury
Retaliates against humanity
For bad stewardship
Destruction of forests
Plastics in seas destroying life
Wildlife species facing extinction
Elephants, rhinos, tigers, gorillas.

Insensibility to the planet's needs
With madness of global warming
Temperatures increasing
Ice caps melting, oceans rising
All life leaving a blue planet
Where humans once reigned supreme
Thinking they were stewarding not vandals.
