Nature beckons me on this busy day
A walk on the beach brings me back to who I am

A long distance swim in the ocean fills
Me with peace and love

Regardless of what is going on in Life
The gift I receive is a new clarity

Areas that appear muddy and water unclear
Becomes gorgeous, real and apparent

Nature is where Spirit and Love
Truth and Life
Rule

These powers are the solution
