I fully endorse your poem. We have to learn to link with nature and go with natural remedies. The modern day tablets & capsules - to cure one organ, they damage other organs of the body.

There is no cure better than nature cure. Our ancestors survived and lived a long life without the modern medicines. The more you pump in antibiotics and steroids, the more you damage the vital system of the body.

To a large extent, I agree with you, Chan. But if it wasn't for penicillin, I would have died at age 23. I'm 70 years old. Chan, I've fought all my life staying away from meds. And I've succeeded! But when Covid struck, I chose the vaccine.
