I am mute only in the light,
I come to life with the sparkle of a candle
I will tell you about the wind tomorrow's night,
It tears the leaves off my soul like a vandal.
The day's radiance keeps me quiet as a fish
The flames of the fire and I am revived
In the darkness, I tell the water about my wish
It extinguishes me so that I can survive.
The bright sun keeps my mouth shut
A night-light makes me resurrect
I'm losing the ground in the knee-deep mud
Falling into an abyss, my plane is wrecked.
The dawn keeps my secrets and silence
The evening lantern and starry sky aspire
Being born in the darkness, the dilemma is timeless
To tear the letters to shred or give them to fire.
