National Hatred
NATIONAL HATRED

National hatred increase;
For many countries!
Artificial countries and nations;
Causing more separations!
One nation is against another;
With many flags and culture!
Countries and nations;
Such cause unrest collisions!
Needing few federations;
Lesser hates and corruptions!
God did not make nations;
Nations are our fragile creations!
Small countries and nations suffer from lumps;
Bigger ones are dancing for their triumphs!
An amputee can in no way an able body;
So goes wit a cut piece nation and a country!
Excellence poem. A poem with a cause. And as Richard's said the metaphor of ‘amputee" conveys a true grim pic. Indian scriptures preach "Vasudhaiva Kudumbakam" meaning ‘The entire Earth is my family". But,
Your analogy of the amputee really hits the point home! Good one, Chan!
Absolutely! Nations like all things are artificial constructs. Canada, America, Brazil, Iran, Russia, ect, are nothingbmore then fake lines that reinforce territorial divisions. Great poem Chan!
