You have dealt with a very complex concept of Indian philosophy..... 'advaitha' or non duality that states that there is a oneness hidden in everything though things might appear different! Yes, we are in a 'spectral samsara'! A person at the highest level of enlightenment will be able to come out of the spectral world and see godhead dominating! A very very profound write!
