GILLIAN...THANK YOU FOR YOUR KIND COMMENTS ON MY WORK. YOUR PIECE''SURVIVORS OF THE WAR'' IS A WORK OF STELLAR VERSE. I AM COMPLETING MY FIRST MONTH ON POEMHUNTER, AND MY HEAD IS SPINNING, WITH WONDERFUL PEOPLE LIKE YOURSELF WHO SURF THE SITE REGULARLY, TO READ &CORRESPOND ON FELLOW MEMBERS WORKS.TOMORROW(which it is already, where i live) ...I AM TAKING TIME TO READ MORE OF YOUR ARTISTRY...F.Y.I. ''SURVIVORS GET'S MY (10) vote! ''''''''''''''''''''''''''''~F. J. R.~''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''
As someone who detests war, I relate to Survivors. If you have a moment read my poem Pauper's Grave. I knew the man I wrote about. To know him was to love him.

Superb imagery here, Gillian, especially 'skilled in the art of his belt'... thank you.
